Funds were made available over a three year period and were not to exceed $40,000 for each one-unit residential property and $50,000 for each two- to four-unit residential property. Administrative expenses were also funded with a maximum limit of $1,056,000 for the Asset Control
Eligibility:   Total household income of purchasers of these properties cannot exceed 115% of median income for the Chicago area. Sales price must be 110% or less of the eligible expenses incurred to rehab the property.
